At TrendSetHer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item significantly differs from its description
  • You return the item within 14 days of delivery (see Returns Policy)

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Swimwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sales
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags and packaging

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at returns@trendsether.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, follow our returns process to send the item back

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition.

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
