TrendSetHer delivers throughout South Africa. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.
1. Shipping Rates

2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after order processing:

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held at a local depot for collection. Uncollected packages will be returned to us after 7 days.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
8. International Shipping
We currently only ship within South Africa. International shipping may be available in the future.
