Returns Policy

We want you to love your TrendSetHer purchase! If something isn't right, here's how to return it.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within 21 days of the return authorization.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Swimwear and lingerie (hygiene policy)
- Earrings and body jewelry (hygiene policy)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago
4. How to Return
- Request a Return: Email returns@trendsether.co.za with your order number and items you wish to return
- Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number and instructions within 2 business days
- Pack Your Items: Securely pack items in their original packaging if possible
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days
5. Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange items subject to availability. Request an exchange when initiating your return.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless:
- We sent you the wrong item
- The item is defective or damaged
- The item significantly differs from its description
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and replacement or refund.
